General Conditions

6. Payment of Membership Fees must be made at the time of application. If WR is unable to fulfil a Membership type, category or seating request, a full refund will be provided if no alternative can be agreed or where required by law.

7. All ticket-related bookings are final and non-refundable (unless required by law) after a 72-hour cooling-off period. Members must contact WR in writing during this period to cancel their Membership.

8. Memberships (or associated Match tickets) may not be resold, used for promotions or commercial purposes (including competitions or trade promotions) without prior written approval from WR. Tickets used in breach of this condition may be cancelled and the ticket holder denied entry.

9. Members must promptly notify WR of changes to their contact details or relevant status (e.g. student eligibility) or details which could affect their Membership.

10. Any Members attending a Match must comply with the Venue’s code of conduct and policies. Misconduct may result in Membership cancellation at WR’s discretion.

11. WR can be contacted via phone (1300 733 899), email (memberships@waratahs.rugby), through the website (waratahs.rugby), or by writing to Membership Department, Waratahs Rugby, PO BOX 800, Surry Hills, NSW 2010, Australia.

12. Once the Membership Application and Membership Fee (if applicable) are received, WR will communicate via email and/or SMS. Members must ensure their contact details are current. WR is not responsible for missed benefits or communications if incorrect or incomplete contact details are provided. Members can update their details at any time here.

Payment and Fees

13. WR sets Membership and Match ticket pricing. Additional ticketing agency fees (e.g. booking, processing, delivery) may apply and are outside WR’s control.

14. All Membership prices include GST.

15. Charges will appear as ‘Ticketmaster – Waratah Melbourne AU’. WR may offer free or discounted Memberships at its discretion.

16. WR sets annual renewal fees and may adjust them at its discretion. Interest and fees may apply to overdue subscriptions. WR may suspend rights for unpaid fees. If unpaid after six months, the Membership may be cancelled without notice, subject to applicable law.

17. Declined credit card payments will require alternate payment. If two or more payments are missed, access to Matches and the Mber+ Store may be suspended. If alternate payment is unsuccessful, the Member's seating allocation may be forfeited and the Membership cancelled.

Payment Plan

18. By selecting the payment plan in the Membership Application, Members authorise WR to debit instalments from their nominated Credit or Debit Card. It is the responsibility of the Member to ensure that sufficient funds are available on the below payment dates.

19. Instalments will be charged (via the nominated VISA, Mastercard or AMEX card) in five equal parts on the following schedule:

· Instalment 1: At time of purchase

· Instalment 2: 11 October 2025

· Instalment 3: 11 November 2025

· Instalment 4: 11 December 2025

· Instalment 5: 11 January 2026

20. Members joining after the first instalment must pay all missed instalments as part of their first payment (i.e., the next payment in the schedule).

21. Two or more missed payments may lead to suspended benefits. Members must make missed payments via the online portal or by contacting WR.

22. Members must update WR regarding changes to their payment details before the monthly payment date. WR reserves the right to suspend a Member barcode (and access to Matches) and benefits for overdue accounts.

· WR may cancel Memberships with ongoing payment issues.

· Members with outstanding debts cannot renew until paid in full.

· Suspended Members may be excluded from future Payment Plans.

· Members may pay the remaining balance early by contacting WR.

· Payment method does not affect seating priority (i.e., the decision to make part payments does not impact seating order priority).

· Payment Plan option closes on 11 December 2025. After this date, Memberships must be paid in full.

Junior, Concession & Family Memberships

23. Children 3 years of age and under on Match day may enter free if seated on a guardian's lap. A valid ticket or Membership is required if a seat is needed.

24. Junior Memberships are for those aged 4–16 years as of 1 January 2026.

25. Concession applies from 1 January 2026 to those aged 17+, pensioners, NSW Senior Card holders, and full-time students (including those with international student cards).

26. Family Memberships include two Adults and two Juniors. Incorrect combinations will be reprocessed at the correct rate.

27. Date of birth is required for age-based Memberships.

28. Proof of age may be required at Matches. If a Member is found to be ineligible, WR may charge the price difference or cancel the Membership.

Refunds, Terminations, Transfers & Renewals

29. WR is not responsible for errors made by Members in their Membership applications or when selecting packages or tickets. Incorrect purchases are not refundable, unless required by applicable law.

30. Member Termination Requests: (i) Requests must be made within 72 hours or as required by law; (ii) Requests must be submitted in writing with reasons; and (iii) WR will assess each request and notify the Member in writing. Please note if benefits it may void eligibility for refund.

31. WR-Initiated Terminations may occur for non-payment, breach of these Terms and Conditions or misconduct by the Member or guests at a Venue.

32. Seat transfers are permitted to equal or lesser value categories. No refund is given for lower-value seats. Upgrades require payment of the difference.

Rolling Renewals

33. Members may opt into rolling renewals during sign-up / Membership Application. Opt-out is available at any time provided you contact WR (using the contact details above).

34. Members using Payment Plans are automatically opted in for rolling renewals.

35. Members will receive 14 days' notice before automatic renewals and may opt out during this period.

Membership Cards

36. Card Use:

· Ticketed Members will receive a membership card for identification and seat allocation purposes. At the back of the card you will find seating allocation details as well as a barcode or ticket redemption code. Each Member is responsible for checking which Matches they can attend.

· Ticket Bundle Members must redeem seats for each Match individually (which will be on a first come first served basis and the same seat can’t be guaranteed for each Match).

· Physical cards and lanyards can be selected at a cost of $5, deducted from Mber+ credit.

· Entry may be denied if attempting to access Matches which are not included in your Membership.

37. Lost or Stolen Cards:

· Lost/stolen cards must be reported immediately.

· Replacement cards may incur a $10 fee.

38. Forgotten Cards:

· Digital copies can be present or paper tickets provided to a Member at the Membership Box Office at a Match or by contacting WR (using the details above).

· Members must present cards for Match entry. WR is not liable for venue fees or costs charged by the Venue for failure by a Member to bring a Membership Card.

39. Faulty or Misused Cards:

· Faulty cards will be replaced at no charge. It is the responsibility of the Member to notify WR if you have a faulty card.

· Misuse of a Membership card may result in suspension or cancellation of Membership.

Membership Seating

40. Full Season Reserved Seat Members from the previous year will be allocated the same or equivalent seats. Renewing late may affect this. New Members will be allocated seating after the renewal period.

41. Group seating requests are accepted but not guaranteed. Requests must be submitted together and may affect seat allocation (i.e., you may receive not as good seating by virtue of a group seating request).

42. Seating may be adjusted due to health or government regulations. Ticketed Members receive priority in reduced-capacity situations.

Super Rugby Finals & Lions Matches

43. Memberships do not include Finals or Lions Tour matches. Members will receive priority access to purchase tickets to Finals Matches.

44. Seating entitlements are based on the Membership held. Other rugby Memberships do not guarantee similar seating.

Terms of Entry to Home Matches 45. Members are subject to Allianz Stadium’s terms of entry. For other venues, Members must comply with the Venue’s terms of entry. Health-related rules may also be in place by a Venue or by the Government and must be followed.

Membership Packs

46. Eligible Members will receive credit in the online Mber+ Store to select Member pack items. Credit amounts vary by Membership level and may change.

47. WR may vary benefits and features at its discretion.

48. Postage must be paid at checkout via debit/credit card. Shipping fees depend on item weight/size and cannot be paid using store credit.

49. Additional items can be purchased at the Members own cost. These may increase postage costs.

50. Personalised items are available. WR is not liable for spelling errors made by Members when purchasing personalised items.

51. Store credit is valid for the 2026 season only and expires on 1 July 2026. Unused credit will not be refunded, subject to applicable law.

52. Credit cannot be used for shipping costs.

53. All 2026 Members receive a digital Membership card. Physical cards are optional and available using store credit or via pre-set packs.

54. Additional Membership benefits not listed here will be outlined in WR communications (e.g. website, emails).

Membership Tenure

55. Tenure is based on consecutive years. Gaps in Membership reset tenure (e.g., if you were a Member in 2016 and 2017 and did not renew again until 2020 and renewed all subsequent years you will be considered a consecutive member from 2020 and not 2026).

56. Members may request tenure corrections by contacting WR and providing proof (e.g. receipts, past cards).

57. Corrected tenure may require reprinting cards at the Member's cost ($10 per card).

58. Tenure is individual-specific and cannot be transferred. Transferred Memberships (even if it is to family members) reset tenure.
