Teddy Wilson is a dynamic half-back and on-field leader. A former captain of the Australian under-20s side in 2023, he had his first professional season with the Waratahs that year having come through the NSW Pathways.

The former Kings School product is the son of Reds, Wallabies and 1999 World Cup winner David Wilson, who started openside flanker in the 35-12 win over France in the final.

Teddy was part of Easts premiership winning side in 2024 and was also selected for Australia’s Sevens team for the Singapore tournament that year.

After a strong 2025 season, including a length of the field team effort against the Chiefs at Allianz Stadium, Wilson was selected at scrum-half for Australia XV’s 71-7 win over Japan XV in Osaka.

Wilson was also an Australian Junior Champion boxer in 2016 in the 44kg category.
