Nicole Nathan is the identical twin sister of Waratahs teammate and Wallaroo Leilani Nathan.
Nathan and her sister played rugby at young ages through the Hamilton Hawks club in Newcastle before breaking into the Waratahs system in 2019.
Nathan made seven appearances for the Waratahs before switching to rugby league, where she spent the 2022 season at the Newcastle Knights.
Nathan returned to Sydney in 2023 where she joined Leilani at Warringah and re-joins the Waratahs for Super Rugby Women's in 2025.
