Jayjay Taylor is a new recruit from New Zealand who first started playing rugby with the East Coast Bays in Auckland.

Taylor completed a full season with North Harbour in 2019 before coming onto the national radar of the Black Ferns, where she was part of the possibles v probable's match in 2020.

She moved to Australia and joined the Sydney Roosters in the NRLW as a development player in 2023.

Off the field Taylor completed a cadetship in construction.
