Eamon Doyle
Born in Austinmer, near Wollongong, Eamon Doyle is half-Finnish and even speaks a little of the language himself.
Doyle represented Illawarra and Woonoona Shamrocks in his youth, while he currently plays his club rugby for Sydney University. In 2025, he captained Australia under-20s at the World Rugby Championships in Italy, leading his side to a fifth-placed finish as they beat England 68-40 in their final outing in a play-off.
At 198cm tall and weighing in at 112kg, the 20-year-old's rugby idols in his youth were Michael Hooper and Pieter-Steph du Toit, while he currently sees Waratahs captain Matt Philip as his mentor.
He can play in any position across the second and back row and is hoping to make his Swyftx Super Rugby Pacific debut in 2026.
