Archie Saunders is a former Narrabeen Tigers junior and Knox Grammar School student, where he was an adept sprinter and was coached by Olympian Melinda Gainsford-Taylor.
A talented outside back with speed to burn, Saunders broke into Warringah’s First Grade Shute Shield side in 2024 in and around impressing for the Junior Wallabies at the Under 20s World Cup that year. In 2025, he scored a try on his Waratahs debut in the 57-12 loss to the Hurricanes in Wellington.
