Versatile back Triston Reilly has left the NSW Waratahs after two separate periods with the club.

Reilly, 27, who can play at either centre or wing, made 40 appearances for the Waratahs between 2020-2022 and 2024-2026, scoring 10 tries.

Director of High-Performance B-J Mather praised Reilly for the impact he made at Daceyville and wished him all the best for the future.

“Triston’s level of performance was consistently high for the Waratahs and he always delivered on the field,” Mather said.

“He set the standards around Tahs HQ and has been a key part of the group for a number of years.

“On behalf of everyone at the Waratahs, I would like to thank Triston for his efforts during his time here and wish him all the best in his next move.”

Kempsey-born Reilly first joined the Waratahs in 2020 after previously representing Australia Sevens, before leaving in 2022 to play for Wests Tigers in the NRL in 2023. He re-joined the Waratahs in 2024.

The 27-year-old is a proud Dunghutti and Wiradjuri man, scoring a try for the inaugural First Nations & Pasifika XV against the British & Irish Lions in July last year.
