The NSW Waratahs can proudly announce that People and Culture Strategies (PCS) have again extended their Platinum Partnership of the team, this time for a further two years.

PCS, a leading Australian employment law firm and management consulting business, is a trusted advisor to Australian and international employers of all sizes across all industries and has extensive connections with specialist lawyers around the world.

PCS has been a Platinum Partner of the NSW Waratahs since 2018 and will continue to feature on the sternum of the NSW Waratahs playing and training jerseys for the next two seasons. This will see the partnership reach 10 years by the end of the term.

PCS also have long history of supporting Community Rugby and are the Major Sponsors of Norths Rugby Club in the Shute Shield.

Rugby Australia Director of Commercial & Marketing James Durbin welcomed the partnership extension with PCS, lauding the organisation for its wide support of rugby.

“We are thrilled that People and Culture Strategies have opted to extend this partnership for another two years, Durbin said.

“It shows how deep their faith in the game in NSW is with the deal taking the partnership to ten years in length.

“Importantly, with People and Culture Strategies also supporting community rugby as well.

“This extension of the partnership reflects their understanding of the importance of rugby from community to professional levels.”

Joydeep Hor, Founder & Managing Principal of PCS was similarly excited to be sharing news of the extension.

“The Waratahs have been a part of my personal DNA for my whole adult life. It remains a pinch-me moment to think that the team that I have supported so closely now wears the logo of the business which I established 15 years ago on its sternum.”

“One of our Firm’s unstated but core values is loyalty and just as we have benefitted from the loyalty of our valued clients over so many years, we are proud to have replicated that loyalty in our relationship with the Waratahs during the ups and downs during the course of this partnership.”

“We like what we are seeing on the field and are very confident that this team has what it takes to go on to bigger and better things in the future as our own Firm will in the work that we do.”
