The NSW Waratahs can confirm that Harry Johnson-Holmes will depart the club after an admirable seven years of service.

The 27-year-old made his Super Rugby debut for the Waratahs in 2018 and went on to don the sky blue jersey on 91 occasions, scoring 11 tries.

Johnson-Holmes also made his Wallabies debut whilst at the Waratahs in 2019, having previously represented Australia at the 2017 Junior World Championships.

The tighthead prop said it will be difficult to leave the Waratahs, but the club will always hold a special place in his heart.

“Impossible to put into words what this club means to me,” Johnson-Holmes said. “Proud to have been given the opportunity to represent my home state.

“Honoured to have worn the sky blue with so many great men of the game.

“Lucky to have the memories of the times playing for this great club.

“Until next time, NSW Waratahs.”

Waratahs CEO Paul Doorn thanked Johnson-Holmes for his wholehearted efforts over his seven-year tenure at the club.

“Harry has been a great club man and played with passion, integrity and tenacity throughout his career at the Waratahs,” Doorn said.

“We wish him well in his future endeavours and sincerely thank him for all that he has given to the sky blue jersey.”

Johnson-Holmes will join the Western Force from 2025.
