Match action:

Full-time: ACT Brumbies 48-50 NSW Waratahs!!!!

78' TRY FOR THE TAHS! It's Ioane Moananu who powers his way over. Great composure from the Tahs at the set piece. The conversion misses at the Tahs lead by two with two left!

76' We're deep in Brumbies territory in the dying stages. Can we make it pay!

71' TRY FOR THE TAHS! They do straight away as Triston Reilly receives a Lawson Creighton pass to step on the outside and score. We now trail by three, let's go Tahs!

70' Brumbies replacement Kye Oates receives a yellow card. Can the Tahs take advantage?!

68' The Brumbies are the ones who score next and move ahead to a 10-point lead.

61' Back under way here, the Tahs have less than 20 minutes to find a way to get a win.

60' The Brumbies take the lead as replacement hooker Liam Bowron barges over. The score is 41-38 to the home side as we take a drinks break.

54' Substitutes are starting to roll on here as the game breaks up a bit. Waratahs are on the front foot deep in Brumbies territory.

50' The Brumbies respond with a concerted spell of pressure. Eventually the ball finds Andy Muirhead who dives over. Edmed adds the extras and the score is 38-36 to the Tahs.

48' Unbelievable defence as the ball is held up over the line. Goal-line drop out for the away side.

We should add that Folau Faingaa is also on against his former club at hooker, replacing Dobbins. Walton is back on the pitch too after his sin bin.

44' TRY FOR THE WARATAHS! It's Jorgensen, who shows unbelievable work rate to haul down old teammate Tane Edmed on his own line. He recovers the ball and dots down for the score. 38-29 to the Tahs.

41' Second half under way here in Canberra. Let's go Tahs!

40' Half-time and it's ACT Brumbies 29 - 33 NSW Waratahs

39' The Brumbies respond and it's Cale with his hat-trick. Lonergan adds the extras and the score is now 33-29 to the Tahs. Centre Joey Walton was shown a yellow card just before that try.

34' ANOTHER TRY FOR THE TAHS! Debreczeni intercepts, offloads to Potter, who finds Samu to score against his former club! Another marvellous score from the Tahs. Debreczeni nails the conversion from out wide and the lead is 33-22.

32' TRY FOR THE TAHS! It's really well worked from the set play as Kellaway dives over. Debreczeni passes it out the back to Jorgensen, who finds the full back to have a relatively straightforward run to the line. Debreczeni adds the extras to push the lead back out to 26-22.

27' The Brumbies respond through outside centre Kadin Pritchard. The score now 22-19 to the home side.

24' TRY FOR THE TAHS! It's former skipper Jake Gordon with the score. After a short drinks break, the Waratahs capitalise and the scrum-half dives over from close-range. Score now 19-17 with the unsuccessful conversion from Debreczeni.

19' The home side score again as Lonergan dives over from close range out wide. Conversion sails through from out wide as the Brumbies take the lead for the first time.

16' The Brumbies respond and it's Cale for his second. A tale of the Charlies so far. They work the overlap well and the number eight is out wide on the left wing waiting to receive the ball, showing his pace to run over in the corner. Lonergan misses his conversion again and the score is 14-10 to the Tahs.

12' TRY FOR THE TAHS! It's Gamble again. Great combinations in the front row as Dan Botha offloads to Ethan Dobbins. We remain patient and it's the openside who spots a gap and crashes over from close range. Debreczeni adds the extras and we lead 14-5.

8' The Brumbies respond through number eight Charlie Cale, who evades despairing Waratahs tackles to dive over. Ryan Lonergan misses the conversion and the score is 7-5 to the away side.

5' WHAT AN UNBELIEVABLE TRY FROM THE WARATAHS! Max Jorgensen gets the ball on his own tryline, beats several defenders and is in a race for the line with Corey Toole. He recycles to Debreczeni, who finds Gamble to dot down under the posts. What a start!

4': Brumbies fly-half Declan Meredith takes out Andrew Kellaway in the air as the Tahs win a penalty. Debreczeni clears.

3': The Brumbies win a defensive penalty to move themselves clear. A ping pong kicking battle ensues.

2': Early penalty for the Tahs on halfway as Debreczeni puts us into the Brumbies 22.

1': We're under way here at Marist College with the Waratahs kicking off.
