The NSW Academy is searching far and wide to secure aspiring coaches for its under age teams like this year's U18s

The NSW Waratahs Academy team are advertising for coaching applications for their State Representative teams for the upcoming 2025 Rep Season.

The NSW Waratahs are searching for Head and Assistant Coaches to fill roles in the U14’s-U19’s teams competing later in the year.

Coaches from both Schools and Club land are encouraged to throw their hat in the ring if they are aspiring future professional coaches.

Coaches are asked to come with a known skill set they can contribute and be accredited to an appropriate level to coaches the state’s best players.

Coaches who are selected will be a part of the Waratahs Pathways Coaches Program, that aims to improve and upskill coaches both on and off the paddock.

The NSW Waratahs U14 team competes in the NSW Next Gen Cup.

This tournament is used as a selection tournament for the Waratahs U15 side that will go on to play a two-match series against the Qld Reds.

The NSW Waratahs U16 and U19 teams are selected to play in Australian age grade Super Rugby competitions playing against all franchise teams.
